Hi,
I am using blackberry for last two months. It is amazing. With this sort of ram this is fast than 2gb ram android phone. This is because of bb10.3 software. It consumes less power 2500 mah lasts complete day with moderate use. Keyboard is perfect and neatly designed. Hardware are at par with high end phone. You may feel you have a high end phone in hand. Good display with decent touch sensitivity. Need some revision with camera.

make sure you phone is fully charged
remove any passwords on the phone
connect phone to computer
double click on the OS you downloaded for your phone
let it run till it completes the process

This is the classic phone I have ever used , I have used Apple 6s, Sony Experia C5, Lenevo ZuK and K5 note and samsung Grand But I have never ever seen such quality hardware . Of course Android is not there that's a matter But if you want a quality phone for calling purpose then this is the best phone available I wishif it was dual SIM mobile I have a wonderful experience of voice calling in this phone , Battery is average, data usage not that good, security is best , No spam , No problem Fisrt First you may find little awkward as you might be using Android phone But once you use it for calling purpose you will dump others

Soooy advice restart or switch off and switch on this is what I do to make my z3 works great thanks and sorry for any poor english
