BB has to reduce its price to around 12K-13K, otherwise Z3 could not survive in high competition in indian market.

What is your priority?
Bright, clear screen and you can live without FM radio and survive less battery backup, lower price . then you can go for a Z10.
A larger, but less brighter (butt very clear) screen, slightly higher CPU configuration, amazing stereo speakers, exceptional signal reception and great battery backup, it is Z30.

If camera is the concern, there is no answer other than Nokia. Please do a google search with keyword "Pureview Technology". Sony too comes close because these two companies are the pioneers as far as cameras technologies are concerned.
(I wish Nokia resurrected Pureview 808. It is a personal sorrow.)

Shud i take this on... moreif you are looking for a good camera dont go for any Blackberry phones as you wont get the camera quality.

I Like Z3 because of battery and 5' display,im worried about front camera but happy with rear one,Z3 @13k is acceptable

It works very well in BBOS( old BlackBerry OS) as well as BlackBerry 10 ( new BlackBerry OS, QNX based).
