You can download apps and install it. Blackberry 10 os is superb os and user friendly. I am using Z10 from last 4 moth and I love Blackberry os 10.

Guys, whos asking its android or not..let me tell them blackberry/iphone devices have there own OS. they don't have to depend on google's android OS. here blackberry new devices use blackberry 10 OS, which is far better than android OS. as I m using the BB z10 device now & previously used android phn also, so I can tell u the difference : U can say android is for the ordinary people, but if you want some speciality in ur device than BB/Iphones r right for you.
