I don't want to knock this phone before it's released however, it's 5" screen with low resolution!!!! What are BB playing at!!!! Why would I want to go backwards rather than forwards with all this new technology coming out!!! ????

This is almost the *exact* same phone as the Jolla phone. Even down to the screen resolution. The only thing different is the OS, and the lack of "the other half," although it seems that this device still retains the removable battery cover. It even has an FM radio.
If it is really less than $200 USD, I'm getting one.

At 210 Euro or 290 USD the Z10 is too cheap, they may not see it profitable to manufacture more Z10 and may have already decided that Z3 will bring in more cash due to much lower manufacturing cost.
Our opinions may differ but there are reasons to believe that my worries are legitimate.

I have just purchased a Z30. I've owned Android and Iphones in the past. This is by far the best phone I've owned. Really pleased. Glad I'm back with BlackBerry.

I want to urge ppl here to buy Z10 while you still can, im afraid the very inferior Z3 will replace it and not be much cheaper. Z10 is a flagship grade phone, hurry and buy it while you still can. Best phone i ever had.

Do not understand why such a smooth BB10 OS is failing. I have used iPhones and Samsungs,
recently started using BB Z10. It is the best phone I have ever used. It is like I do not want to go back to Apple or Android world. After 10.2.1 update it is amazing. Waiting for 10.3 update which is coming soon. Looking forward to buy bigger Z30.
Software:
Blackberry is very weak in marketing and advertising and needs to invest in the same.
Lot of people in my company even do not know that BB 10 exists and how good it is until I show them.
People still think BB means OS7 and older looks. When I show them Z10 they say is it Blackberry? They are really impressed with the phone and BB10 OS
Advertise and let people know that 80% of the Android apps work after 10.2.1 update and after installing Snap or Amazon store. Snap is very easy to install, even kid can do it.
Snap = Google Play
Hardware:
Some people are worried to buy on specs as BBZ10 or Z30 do not have quad CPU or same RAM like Samsung phones.
But try to understand that BB10 on QNX do no not require beefed up hardware to work smooth.
Hardware war is only between Androids. Apple phones are still on dual core but still selling in millions.
BB10 Dual Core on QNX technology = Android Quad Core
Try new Blackberry, you will never regret.

I have owned a BB since day one......I have had most models...about a year ago I decided to buy a new BB off line. I went to my local CPW and asked them for a BB Z10. They tried so hard to push me over to an iphone or Samsung. I left with the BB Z10 and the last thing the salesman said you will regret it........Three months later I walked back into the same shop,the same salesman all smug said, see....I told you will regret buying the BBZ10!! He was shocked when I said no regrets, I want another one for my wife.....The BBZ10 is a fantastic handset. And it just goes to show the snotty nosed so called salesmen do not have a clue. LONG LIVE BLACKBERRY.....

I advice people to not wait for this, go out and get a Z10 while you still can, it is the best buy in the market now. Bought mine today, so cheap for a flagship grade phone, its almost too good to be true.
So Z3 will cost a little less but its not that good value for the money as Z10, not close. Just look at the specs, only dualcore A7, only 8GB storage, less RAM, pixel density is only 220 (vs the Z10 at 355), camera is only 5mpix and no LED flash, no NFC, no gyro and it goes on like that.
