Im a fan of blackberries smart phones but truly speaking from experience the z3 freezes a lot, I have been loosing my money for repairs n services. My question is why does it freezes a lot n why did u make not accesable for its battery to be simple to open

I've been using this handset for almost 4 months now and so for I am very happy with it. So far I've hardly experinced any lags with the software. At maximum you can use 4 apps at a time. Blackberry hub is the best part of BB10. You didn't need to through all the apps to check your messages notifications. From texts to facebook, whatsapp every thing will be in the hub. Gestures are great but will need some time to get used to it. If we talk about the apps Blackberry World have limited optinos but native apps does the job preety well. Also you can run androif APK files. 90% of the android apps I've downloaded works with out any issues. The only problem is that you will not get the notifications on the hub. Like on Instagarm if some one will like your pictures or follow you, you will not get the notifications untill you'll open the app. I hope that this will be sorted with the upcoming updates.Android apps can be download from Amazon app store (they also giveaway 1 paid app everday) or you can use Snap or mobile one. Look and fees is great. Phone feels robust in hands.Only one thing that I din't like about this phone is the camera. Its good for the midranger but could be better. Over all in good lightning conditions it performs okay. If I have to rate this phone I'll give 4.2 out of 5.0. Will I go for a another berry in the future. I think yes if the company survive.

Please how can I download music or videos from the internet like facebook, twitter e.t.c, I have been trying so hard to download from facebook without any luck, please put me through..thanks

It's good device, I have tried this Blackberry Z3 for 4 month. I have no trouble with it. If I cannot access Blackberry World, I just connect with GSM connection, because with WIFI maybe it cannot connect with Blackberry World because it limit by someone or some provider and I didn't know why it limit so I cannot update or download trough Blackberry World. And I can find with no time or fast my files somewhere inside my Blackberry Z3 folder.
