BB just going off from the rush to get users satisfaction for its future but also its customer care are not so responsive to give attention to user's need. I'm using a PlayBook which they was promised to upgrade to os10. What they did? Not just break the promise but also the BB loving users too.

The main problem with BB is their application store!
they have very few applications in comparison to others, and this makes people go for other brands.

AnonD-77892, 18 Sep 2013no wifi hotspot? oh my goodness!!!It does have Wi-Fi hotspot. It is built into the OS. All the BB10 devices have it. I don't know why it isn't listed.

bb is the best mobile by comparing with iphone but bb have to change some features etc....bb30 is the awesome mobile

Some ppl say bbos is the most simple and most secure mobile os. But ppl around the world don't know it. So thatts the 1st reason why they dont buy it. Second they fear that their favorite app will not be avalaible on bb. Cause most of the apps avalaible on ios and android. And thats why they dont buy winphone too.
It could be changed with adverts and with possibility to try out bbos. Unless the bbos provide as much apps like ios or android.
Anyways i changed from ios to android, coz andro is much smarter than ios. It has so much features builtin what other oses hasnt! Neither bb.

Just purchased the Z30 online from Selfridges in London. Can't wait till I get my hands on it... Go BB!!

its really sad people think that BB OS is not friendly or easy ti use. but i feel its the easiest OS to use and does have have buttons to go back or forward. its all movements of you finger. its too bad blackberry was sleeping for too long since if it has the eco system of an iphone or android they would be selling like crazy. love the blackberry but management should have been changed 10 years ago. no phone can touch or eve come close to it when it comes to emails. keyboard technology is great also.

Hey people! BlackBerry 10 Smartphone/OS don't need to have an Octa Core shit processors because BB10 is very fast and powerful even in Dual Core processors only.
BB10 OS is the best and very secure OS in the world as of now!
-From Apple iPhone 5 soon to be iPhone 5Same/5Cheap Toy user and also a LaggyDroid user. :)

Z10 suck Q10 has no luck, finally OS 10 is not friendly enough for user. Must to think in detail of the functions to provide more selective options.
