my mobile is not working with out using wi-fi &mobile internet it is coming as emergency call's only is there is any solution for this problem

After updating to latest one of I'm facing following serious problems. 1. Battery drain rapidly. 2. Mobile not getting ringing even all the settings are correct. 3. Vibration also not fuctioning, 4. Some both speakers not functioning. If I restarting the phone these all working fine for few minutes. Please friends help me to over come from these all headache plzzzzzzzzzzx.
Shall I downgrade my Os to 10.2 which was comes with my phone initially??????@@@@ plzzzzzzzzzzx need quick response thank you.

I would love to have your attentions for some reason please................ well, I really wonder if this phone supports google play.. n by upgrading its software to 10.3 will there be possible to support google play ? currently I am playing COC and I need to sign in with google account but current software does not support. please suggest your opinion.
