Here battery is non removable.. is it a problem for a customer?? when present battery will be damage then is there any process to change this battery? I have no idea about non removable battery option.. pls reply..

Recently I bought a z30, i also bought a micro sdxc card but the device could not recognize it. There's seem to be an error occuring whenever I'm downloading the sdxc converter so the device could recognize my micro sdxc card. Is there anyone who can help resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Nice phone by BB. Hope BB gives us more phone model choices. No complaints here but this model could have been a bit lighter.

mobile super but accessories are not available in local market and stores like Matty screen guards , flip case covers.

Recently purchased Z30 with 10.2.1.2977 preinstalled. The device is showing it can be updated to 10.3.1.1767 ( Size 1.6GB). But while updating the software can be 100% downloaded but it shows fatal error while installation sometime after 99%, 44% etc. Pls help

Z10 is more stylis and Z30 is bigger with better screen(super amoled) with very good battery life than Z10.

I am using this phone and i did not find a single problem which you have faced. Really it is a nice phone so i think your problem may be a manufacture problem. So go and enjoy it. I guaranteed you must love it

baddy, 14 Apr 2015I am generally afraid to use any blackberry specs because t... moreThe Z30 is a wonderful phone, it does all I want and more, obviously it is not a gaming machine (well not for me), but my children play all the modern games, I use it for the normal issues such as phone, BBM, email and so on, the camera is just OK but for my casual use it produces decent quality for documents, I have had it for 8 months, in my pocket or car and there is not a mark or scratch on it. I do not keep switching phones because of fads, this phone will be used by me for a few years to come!

Just ordered mine from Amazon. Can't wait to get it to go back to Blackberry I miss it. For 250 bucks I think its the best deal out there. I'm not the one to fork out one grand for an iphone or anything like that... All the reviews I've seen in youtube say its great. Sure lacking all those apps but it has plenty for me and again for 250 cant ask for more... plus it's 4G... I mean what more can anybody ask?
