Abi, 23 May 2017z 30 s much better than z 10.. long life battery, os s more... moreNo,Z10 is much better than z30,also Z10's battery is removable,ppi is much higher,but z30 is not.If battery is not removable that means it is not your,looks like a rental phone,any battery problem,go to service center,open whole phone just for simple battery changing which you can do easily yourself if battery is removable.

My Z30 is built like a tank. It gets better as it gets older. I mainly use it for multimedia purposes. Watching livestream shows, movies and as a PC on the go with my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and a spare monitor.

Reply me quic... moreThey're very similar, but the Z30 has the edge. Off the top of my head:
1. Bigger screen, and uses SuperAMOLED
2. Better processor (S4 Pro vs S4 Plus)
3. Newer
You'll have to decide if the higher price is worth it, unless you can get both at the same price, in which case get the Z30 for sure.

If you're buying refurbished, you'll need for know how long the phone has been used, and whether or not the battery has been replaced. Otherwise you'll probably experience horrible battery life.
And as always, ask for photos of the condition of the phone and test it out in person if you can.
