If there are so many people longing the physical keyboard with updated OS and hardware then why doesn't the Q5/Q10 have the sales numbers? If you google Q10 or Q5 Blackberry sales, the words used to describe sales are flat, poor and dismal.
As commented, there aren't enough people wanting the smaller screen and physical keyboard out there to make these devices enough of a success to turn BB around.
Chen better focus on what is currently the successful form factor in the market and then one up the market leaders and perhaps more importantly, out market them.
The Z10 & Z30 are both very good phones, however because BB isn't actively marketing the phones or addressing the concerns and perception many uninformed people have concerning lower ram and CPU specs meaning "Laggy" performance people don't think they're phones worth buying.

Anonymous, 10 Jul 2014z30 is the best OK but why dont people buy it?why they sti... morehee im going to buy z10.z30 has two advantages over z10.its battery and usb on the go.i think z10s screen size is better every body has to work with two hands on 5inch screen.and z10 has 355ppi.of course battery is so important but it doesnt worth just for better buttery spend 2x money

best phone i have used to date, the major issue I had with smart phones was the battery life and this thing goes for hours and hours without charge. close to about 30-45 hours depending on my usage and I love it =). battery can be at 25% and I wont be like omgggg charge time like the s3. I dont knwo about the previous OS but the latest updates are pretty solid and ofcourse quality is one of the best. I will give this phone a 9/10. one thing I dont like is that my GTA3 did not run :( apparently going to be fixed in the next update so lets see. one last thing speakers are freaking awesome. peace
