it have 3 options
1)Auto
2)windows
3)Mac
you have to select Windows the default it will be in Auto mode.

Not good at all. After few weeks the screen turn on black (still hear sound like the phone is working) and unable to fix. Found out that there are many customers having the same issue.

Noor, 12 Jun 2014I bought my Z30 last month to replace my Bold 9900 and So f... morethe problem maybe that the game plays in full screen mode, so try swiping it from sideways rather than botton to top. I mean place your phone in full screen mode and then swipe up to close

Anonymous, 10 Jun 2014What about the battery life???Battery lasts one day using 4G with 2 email accounts, bbm, FB, Linkedin, Twitter. On 3G easily lasts 2 days on one charge. I didn't try on 2G.
In fact battery is one of the best things of the Z30.

For antivirus, well, I don't use one. Not sure if anyone else use. The reason is the comments in 'review' sections of paid antivirus for BlackBerry. You will know what I mean by that if you read them.

Currently i'm using 10.2.1.2102 version on my blackberry. But from past 2 weeks it is showing for update of OS 10.2.1.2941 is available(size 104 MB).
My question is... whether you have faced any problems after updating your Z30 to OS 10.2.1.2941 version....?

BlackBerry Link = Supports for BlackBerry 10
BlackBerry Desktop Manager = (Old) Blackberry OS ( 7,6,5 etc).
Usually both can co-exist. However, since you face difficulty, I would suggest, you uninstall both, do a proper reboot and pray, install BlackBerry Link again. If you are an advanced user, please try to uninstall the USB driver.
To be on safer side, I would try another USB cable or another PC as well.
(Assumption - Your OS is MS Windows)

To answer your second question, right now I use leaked 10.3.0.296. I have tried 10.2.1.2941 as well as 10.2.1.3175.
