I am having the same problem as the previous post. The battery runs out quickly, now when I turn it on I just get the white screen with blu on it and it does nothing else. What do I do? I've tried taking the battery out and replacing, charging it on a wall plug......help!

my blu advance 4.0 has low battery, i have charged it but it will not came on. It cames on and gets stock at the start screen, blu (bold like us). i have done everything possible. please what can i do to switch on the phone.

After setting up my data & up & running, this phone will not display how much MB I have remaining.... Very weird

Of coures i am not mad, i bought these two cheap 4.0 L advance phones for my children, is alot cheaper for entertainment and more mobile where ever we go. That being said both phones at the same time died, they had good usage but within 6 months they are blank screen. Will not charge, will not turn on. I have googled every possible site to find the answers as they are in rebellious mode if i dont get these phones up and running, mind you my 3 and 5 year will live without them through their mom and ad laptop and cell. BUT PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION factory reset or recovery mode does come up , but there is not charge, and the charging battery comes on and off every few seconds. But try to turn on nothing, What seems to be the issue. I will of course buy another two but i am just making sure there is nothing else that can get me to reset these phones

I got this phone from my sister loaded data on it everything seems to work fine on 2g network but when I switch it to 3G I don't have service any more the mobile network goes off no network at all tried it on both sims the same thing happens. Please anyone with ideas on what to do help, as I can't make use of my data.

With that being said, at my sons home or rather inside his home I get no service at all, and while driving to places out of town, I have had maybe 4 times my call was breaking up quite a bit, but I do not recall ever being dropped completely. When you have this problem check your signal strength. Sometimes if we are in between certain types of signal towers (not cell phone) it will cause problems. There is one certain type of signal from the towers that really causes the problem, I am sorry, but I just cannot recall that type of signal, usually I can, but not at this moment. I hope this will help you with the problem your having.

I like the phone and it was given to me by my mom who hated it because it would constantly drop calls on her. It wasn't the provider as the whole family has straight talk but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how they had it fixed. What would cause this? I want to transfer over to this phone bit am afraid I'll have same issues. Any advice?

I like my BLU advance 4.0. however, just recently I have issue with my parties cannot hear me. I can hear them, ok receiving calls, and hearing my parties, but they cannot hear me. what is the problem and how can I deal with this,

Excellent phone, in Venenezuela works perfectly, with operator Movistar and Movilnet, with a price of approximately $ 75, be sure to buy the Global version if it is for use outside the USA.
