Even at high setting of volum... moreMake sure that you have removed the thin plastic film that came on the phone and also that you didn't cover up the ear piece with the screen protector. I've had my BLU Advance 4.0 for 3 months now and love it. I'm just trying to find out how to access the speaker phone.

I have BLU Advance 4.0 phone. Even at high setting of volume, I can barely hear. I also turned the speaker on but not much improvement. I use AT&T service. I do not know what is the problem. It is really disappointing.

I have a blu advance and out of nowhere the phone just shut down and wont turn on ... if i place it on charge the charging light wont come up it will just turn on and stuck at the blu logo and shuts down again this continue forever if i dont remove the battery ... can someone help to fix my phone.

i have cm security and most of the time on private browser i get popups that tell me i have 3 or 4 virus in my battery.if you listen to the warning you will download 7 or more apps before you realize it is spam.how does one stop this nonsense?

It could be that it sucks or i expected too much from it. Though at first my decision in phone choice appeared to be alright, but, later down the line there was much i didn't like about it.

I have this phone. HORRIBLE. As I'm typing it keeps freezing. When u first get the phone its fast and great but its slow and can't handle anything. I had this phone for almost a year but luckily im getting a new one this month. Camera app won't open. Help!!!

ROM install:
- Unpack FlashTools in the ROM , and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6572_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

there is an option called Tmobile D (2G)
or Tmobile NL 2G
How do I know which to select?

Absolutely the worst manual ever. Even the simplest of phone functions are not described. Only buy this phone is you're near a dealer.
