I like my new phone but the phone icon mysteriously disappeared from the home page. In fact, there is no phone icon anywhere anymore, so I cannot make any calls. Can someone tell me how to get the phone icon back?
I have looked the settings menu several times and cannot find any inspiration there.

Be sure you have the little cover over the SIM card when you put it in. The cover is found in the little punch out form that has the cover for a mini sim and the the larger sim. My phone works great now!

I don't now what is wrong I bought this first for maybe a month now and from last night it has been freezing and jut stuck on the blu screen and not coming on... I really don't now what to do but I need my phone to start working again. the lighting is good and all but nothing. when its stuck on the blu screen I cant even turn it on I have to do a battery pull.

RaulKing, 13 Apr 2014I am stuck with the micro SD card. There is not a word in t... moreInstalling an SD card in this phone:
DO NOT SLIDE the SD card under the metal clip.
DO NOT LIFT the metal clip.
DO PRESS FIRMLY on the clip, It will release the clip.
Then DO SLIDE the clip towards the edge of the phone.
The clip will open easily now.
Insert the micro SD card, metal face down towards the edge in the metal clip.
Close it, feel and hear the clips.
Put the battery back in.
Close the cover.
Go to Settings. You should see your new SD card with your a 14 GB (of 16 GB) capacity.
No need to do anything else.
Done. All devices, such as music player, gallery and camera should detect any newly added multimedia file.
Not a word about this in the user manual, it is a annoying omission that costs hours of research.

sandy, 23 Sep 2014ive put lock on my phone...but I cant remember it..is there... moreI know on iPhone 5 through AT&T U have to plug it into ur pc and I think connect to iTunes. I brought mine into an independent shop he did it all I paid to unlock it. When I called and brought it into AT&T they said they CLDNT do anything about it. Now how R u gonna charge so much for the phone and plan each month and say I CANT HELP YOU

I got this phone a month ago. This phone really sucks. When I tried to download apps it kept on saying error. Then I couldn't make a phone call. So I did a factory reset and now it doesn't even want to turn on.

I bought this phone for my husband and I a month and a half ago and at first the phone was good now the WiFi won't quit coming on and the battery drains very fast and it drops calls like no other and if you do get to answer the call you can't hear the person on the other line. I'm very disappointed with this phone. And it runs so slow now you can't really do much with it. Help

I do know the phone works with a no contract AT&T service because that's what I have. I was able to have the phone validated in one of their company stores with a test SIM by the staff to make sure it worked before signing up for their service. I would ask Verizon if there is a store where they could check your phone if you are concerned.

When a call comes in I cannot hear the caller unless I change to speaker phone. Is there a setting I am missing?

How do I get my contacts name to come up when they are calling me? Even though their names and numbers are stored on my sim card it doesn't come up when they are calling me. Help!
