novice, 12 Mar 2014The phone rings, I unlock the screen, attempting to answer ... moreI had the same problem and reported it online to BLU. After an hour of experiments, I found that I had to touch the center black/white inbound call phone icon that appears and then it will reveal a green phone icon on the right which then has to be pressed quickly. Not actually easy to do.

I cannot download pictures that are sent to me. After it says download, it seems to start the downloading process, but then it shows an error and I never get my pictures or messages downloaded.

From time to time I lose my contacts I have to restart my phone to see my contacts!!! thats not kool.

will, 08 Sep 2014I reset my phone and now I cannot connect to WiFi atmy work... moreThe user manual is a joke, i had to take it to the palomar observatory for a telescope strong enough to try to read it, & very extremely poorly written. very cheap not to at least have a decent user manual. I went online with laptop, wanted to download pdf file for viewing, alas--only a lot of scam advertisers out there. I have phone working, but would never buy another one.

i can not get my sd card to read, its in right and when i turn phone on it says "micro sd is ready to be removed". Can someone help, i just bought this phone and i can not figure out how to get it to read my card or how to receive my picture messages it just keeps saying downloading and theres nothing oipening

Worst android phone ever made. Started giving trouble a few days after being bought. A few months on and its basically unusable.

My BLU Advance 4.0 bought from USA using in India the problem is 3G unavailable. My data providers helpless..any solution?

I would be very happy with this phone if it wasn't for the camera, it can't even take a picture of text, it says 5MP but I've seen 3MP cameras do MUCH better than this 5MP one, the camera REALLY SUCKS, takes the pictures big sized but with a 1MP quality this is the biggest problemin the phone.
Also the multi touch DOESN'T work, it is very annoying sometimes.
For the performance I'm happy I can't ask for a better performance on a 512RAM device. It's great.

I am completely disappointed with this phone. I had it for a little over a month before it started messing up on me...meaning it suddenly started running really slow and then the WiFi stopped connecting. Also it started to freeze then it would reboot & be stuck on the logo screen. Resetting the factory settings did not work. This phone does not do well with data or downloading lots of apps or music etc. I feel like I wasted $80 and no I don't recommend the blu advance 4.0.

will, 08 Sep 2014I reset my phone and now I cannot connect to WiFi atmy work... morei suddenly lost the wifi on my phone and after resetting the wifi router and all it would connect but couldnt access internet. there was nothing wrong with the router as all other devices would connect except mine. i even reset the phone to factory settings and it still wouldnt work as in the wifi would get connected but cant access internet. finally i had to install Avast Mobile security, ran the scan for any anti virus and then turned on the wifi on the phone and it finally got connected to internet. :) try it.
