This smartphone is just too smart I guess, changes the names of the contacts, dials by itself, changes the wallpaper randomly and moves apps from internal storage to SD card and back.
I went for a cheap phone and at the end of the day It was expensive since I'll need to buy a PROPER phone soon, Would not recommend.

I was listening to music and suddenly, it shut down by itself. Now its stuck on the booting screen. I tried to hard reset it, and flash it, but now it's just black. Like completely dead. Can't even start boot it. Got this phone in like December...

THis is a HORRIBLE phone. I went from a Nexus 5 to this POS because my screen cracked on my Nexus 5. I was on the Android Marshmallow 6.0 and went to the slower than malosses in January KitKat 4.4.2. The phone is CONSTANTLY roaming on the Wind Mobile Network(Ontario Canada) even though my Nexus 5 never was. The phone when doing any search using the data is slower than heck. Even if checking the bus schedule times, using Google Maps.
When it comes to using the kayboard, it's AWFUL. It is so slow in registering that I have even typed anything, that most my words were coming out as gibberish. I had to dl and install the app Swiftkey Keyboard just so that I could slide my fingers across the keyboard because for whatever reason, this android version doesn't have it. And yes I have googled it until I'm blue in the face, and a no go.
If you want a phone to make phone calls, fine. Get it. But if you're looking to do anything else with it, don't waste your time or your money.
Invest in a MUCH better phone. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I had one of these phones, and one day it woulnt turn on. I never dropped it before, and it never updated or anything. would rate -5stars out of 420

AnonD-528904, 21 Apr 2016I can't connect to the wifi anymore. Just started to happen... moreGo to settings, wifi, the local network you are trying to link onto. Then slide the wifi switch OFF and back to ON. I tried it. Obtaining network went to Connected. Good luck.

I can't connect to the wifi anymore. Just started to happen since yesterday. I haven't changed any settings. When I turn on the wifi it switches between authenticating and obtaining IP address. Then after a few minutes it gives the message: avoided poor internet connection. But the wifi signal shows strong on the screen. I've already ruled out a problem with the router. I've also rebooted the phone, switched it off, took the battery out and turn it back on, but nothing seems to work. I have also contacted my network carrier, but there is no problem from their side.
Does anybody know what to do please?!

I am the worst at running updates. Well, I thought I was doing the right thing when BLU sent out a wireless update to the phone. Wish I had ignored it like I usually do, because within 24 hours of the update, my phone crashed, never to recover. I even ran the system reset. 10 times, for good measure. I got the runaround from both my service provider and BLU, and it is looking like I will be having to purchase another phone. Probably not from BLU.
