I have a problem with my BLU DASH JR. 4.0. When a call comes in it goes straight to voice mail and I cannot answer it. Can you please tell me what's the problem.

Not phone I would recommend. Has a bad camera (front and back, can't install Google Play Services, so certain apps wont work to its fullest, and a low flashlight. But it is a strong phone. I've dropped it plenty of times on concrete and it didn't crack.

I have had this phone for close to a year. It is fine for simple tasks but if you run a lot of app's, it gets real slow. When using the browser to search and once it loads the web page you want before you can say momma it crashes back to your wallpaper. This phone is fine for people that use the web occasionally. Battery life is Very Poor when using the wifi/ web I have to recharge twice a day. You are best to spend an extra hundred bucks if you can afford to and get a better faster phone with more RAM and faster processor.

I never dropped this phone.. Only had it a couple weeks an now when I click on any app its froze.. My phone does nothing.. I can't answer calls or check my text messages.. Wth is wrong with my phone??? Blue dash 4.0
