My dash 5.0 will not update any app or phone in all ways which does not make sense at all selfish designing.

i m using it, and very comfortable withit but recently when i start it ,its just hang out and not opening...pls do something . my all doc is here````````...i need to recover it or make some arrangement for your company reputation...krahsan

All my incoming calls on my BLU Dash 5.0 is showing unknown. This is my business phone and I am missing a lot of important calls can u help me.

I have a blu dash 5.0+ phone with dual sim cards. I am currently in Thailand and unable to use the GSM sim over here. It would not set up. What could the problem be? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sometimes I can't make or receive callS, OR,send msgs, but at other times the phone functions properly. can u please help me out?
