my phone's screen goes entirely black and fluctuates in brightness. Now it is completely dark. Any ideas of what is wrong?

i have a blu and since i got it i was receiving notification from it ever since but it happened just recently that i am not getting any notification from the app from the phone, can you tell me what is wrong' two came in this morning and when i looked in side it was no way there.

Hi, I just recently buy the Blu Dash 5.5. I a having a lot of trouble connecting to my router at home. When I reset my phone it works. But when I leave and take my phone, the Dash doesn't connect to my router after I come back home. I have to erase everything on my phone for it to start again. It says Authentication problem. Any advice?

My phone suddenly turned off and every time I try to turn it back on, it always stays on the logo scene thing. I tried everything that I know of. I tried to wait, but it stayed on that scene for about 3 hours when I decided to try something else. Nothing worked. Is there something wrong with the battery or the phone? May I please get some help on my phone problem? I really need it! I scrolled down on some of the questions and I couldn't find the answer. Please help!

How do i take picture. it never stops. cant get out of camera screen or snap a picture. what do i hit to snap pic and then leave camera mode. excuse me for being this knowledgeable , but im new to all of this and manual is a joke to me
