Hey I have a BLU 5.0 and it haven't given me any problems except. I cracked the creen terribly and it powers on and everything volume works but I can't press and keys the touchpanel is messed up. Extra sad know any place that can fix this phone in store or a place I can order the replacement screen from I really don't want a new phone but I can't find a place to fix it.

I was using one sim for little over a month since I bought the blue dash and I put another sim into slot 2. Ever since that happen a dialog box appears ever so often and it reads "unfortunately. Exchange service is not working". Now what is that.

ThatGuy, 25 Jan 2014ive had this phone for about two months and i cant wait to ... moreyour wrong this phone is great with playing games,all apps including games crash here and there.just reboot the phone if it happens alot you have to they say to restart your phone before playing games anyway.This phone has the same internal specs as the galaxyS2 and it got a good review just know your hardware and what your doing

kte, 04 Mar 2014I've had my phone for about 2 days, its been good. But thet... moremy phone does the same thing.Im not able to set my time.it keeps dropping by 1 hr no matter what i do. this is a serious complaint to the providers of the blu phone. this need to be addressed as soon as possible
