Hello I just bought my phone like a week ago. Now it's won't charge or turn on.but when I do get it on it freezes and shut off. I really like this phone and I would like to know can I send it back to the company to get it fix. Please reply back

I also know people who have samsung and i phones, with the 1st fall the screen cracked....would you say its fragile! You need to be a bit more carful dude.I will rate it 7 or 8 out of 10 given the cost.

Love the Dash 5.0 -- beautiful pink - but the screen broke. How do you suggest I get it replaced?

I just bought a BLU dash 5.0 while in Miami 2 weeks ago. I love the phone but when i receive or make calls the person can not hear me but I can hear them. Can anyone help me solve this problem. Thanks

I liked the Blu company model so I tried the Blu Music 4.0 (also since the Dash 5.0 was no longer sold) and WOW is it better and shockingly cheaper. If you are okay with not having a forward facing camera go for the Blu Music 4.0 over this phone.

i bought this blu dash 5.0 three weeks ago and recently i started having some problems like when i was charging the phone it totally blank off and a set of chines writing came up and on top of that it started to malfunction
