Hey, I purchased the blu dash music 2 a couple months ago and it started having problems, i took it to the store i bought if from, they flashed it and its now reading the sim card but refuses to read the SD card. How do I resolve this problem? Help me. Please.

i have a blu dash music 4.0 it got wet11 months ago everything was working fine except the screen it frozen I cant slide to unlock can someone please help me with that thanks I really want to use my phone

setings-in audio profiles go to 'general',press the sign om the rightrole to system and remove the check mark next to 'vibrate on touch' by touching it
