I connected my phone to my pc and it powered off and when I try to turn is back on the light comes up but it freezes and wont turn on,what is wrong?

I've had the phone for 2 weeks now and I am really impressed. Battery is on 37% now late at night and I have been using it all day. The only really bad thing is the camera : HORRIBLE. Everything else works fine: for 99 bucks this is the phone to go for. Oh, the view of the screen from the sides is also pretty ugly but it's not like I' m ever going to be using it in weird angles.

Love the phone.
10 Design, 9 Features, and 10 for Performance.
I had a Dash 5.0 and it would crash a lot and was slower then this. I think since this is a small phone with less on it, it runs a lot better and smoother. The only reason I gave it a 9 for Features is there is no forward facing camera.

Anonymous, 20 Aug 2014i put my phone to to charge lastnight n now it cant turn on... moreTake out the battery, put it back it and turn on. The battery is how you hard reset the phone.
Worked for me in the past with a Dash 5.5
