It's a great phone but it begining to say system UI won't respond and so on what wrong and it start to lose charge kind of fast

Had the Blu Grand XL LTE for 7 months and was an adequate device until I tried using it as a phone. Calls received by the Grand XL LTE wind up not ringing, leading to notifications of the missed calls and voicemail messages nearly 30 minutes later. ...
