I've been using this since 2018 and it's still working very well, but with the recent Android 7 updates and newest google/MSOffice apps I've noticed some slowdowns. It will still serve for a while, particularly if you don't have great expectations and don't want latest social media toys, but you should get something newer if you don't want to fall behind really fast.

    It's a great phone but it begining to say system UI won't respond and so on what wrong and it start to lose charge kind of fast

      Had the Blu Grand XL LTE for 7 months and was an adequate device until I tried using it as a phone. Calls received by the Grand XL LTE wind up not ringing, leading to notifications of the missed calls and voicemail messages nearly 30 minutes later. Had to ditch the phone after it missed an emergency call.

      It's a shame, everything but the phone side was doing great. For receiving calls, don't depend on it.

        In my case battery reaches almost 2 days in most of the days, I use, whatsapp, twitter. chrome, sms and calls (i love call records function).

        I wish to get a TPU case to protect it because it comes with a transparent GEL case works for the moment, i did not get a TPU case on amazon, ebay or aliexpress.

          I bought on march 3, for me this smartphone is very good, speed, sound and screen are acceptable, cameras back and front are not very good at all, but I dont care this feature.

          I hope will upgrade to android 8,

            Great phone, screen looks beautiful, really fast, i am able to play some games with low resolution, it's 2 gb of ram is amazing, phone performance overall it is really impressive, i wasn't expecting this phone to be so good.

            Battery on the other hand doesn't last really long, but for the price it is a really good phone i would recommended it

                I bought this phone in Trinidad West Indies at a TSTT bmobile outlet on December 15 2017. So far I'm impressed. The only problem I have is the volume speaker which is very very low and because of that the ringtones are also very low, but I use my (bluetooth) headset and it makes up for the low volume. I like it even though the description says that the pixels of 267 is poor. To me, it is just right. Smooth scrolling. Will have to get back to you since I only had it a few days but so far I have no other complaints
