My BLU Life XL phone just stop reading my chip just only 6 months after purchase. I Try turning on the sim slot but it wont turn on. I used the power button along with the down volume and run the test on the phone, it tells mi sim 1 slot recognized and passed. upon rebooting the phone it still don't come up... what can i do to get the sim slot active so i can start making calls and receiving calls again?

Is there blu life xl phone don't have memoir space to write in it ? If there are please show me how,because I want to writing thing before I forget, anyone kindly teach me how to get that page to write. Very apreciate for your help.

I am extremely upset with this phone. For the first year of use, it is absolutely amazing. If you actually want to use this phone for multiple years, I don't suggest it at all. The battery life was decent when I first got it, but now after a year and a half, the battery kife is absolutely terrible. You cannot send photos through the installed messaging app, or reply to group chats. The only option is to download a different messaging app,such as textra. The storage is also terrible!

Easy to root using kingoroot...then swap for supersu. Put in a 64GB microSD card and Force2SD....then move all apps to SD card. Titanium backup to freeze unnecessary programs....and this phone becomes a sweet ride. Firewall it and disable google apps not in use and you can lock it down for privacy. Battery life is phenomenal, and the screen is beautiful...the specs do this phone a disservice.
Best value out there fyi.

This is the worst phone I have ever bought it's slow as heck and kicks me off of web sites I can't ever download picture randomly send text messages and I got bars but sends y callers straight to voice mail wish I would have just keep y other one hanks blu products for screwing me

I bought a blu life one xl on amazon a year ago and just two days ago it got stuck on the BOLD LIKE US page. Nothing I do, it changes. WHAt to do!!!!

Had this phone for about a year and am still only getting 4.4.4 When I check for updates it sais that my phone has the latest software. I am in Seattle. Anyone know how to update it?

I just purchased the Blu life one xl on Amazon and as much as I hate to admit,this is the worst purchase ever. Just a waste of money. I can barely get a signal and I live in the city,the phone moves very slow and I have plenty of data, it hangs up my calls, I should've just kept the old phone I had,at least it worked but I needed a phone with a gyro sensor and it works but everything else sucks. I was hoping for better results. Im considering to update it. Heck what can I lose?

I just got done chatting with a T-Mobile agent and he said my BLU Life One XL is only capable of 2g speeds. It doesn't have the frequency bands for 3g/4g. So whats written in the specs is wrong... This phone also has no way to change the design of the "Messaging". Its only one color and layout... Not that great of a phone...

phone is good, battery lasts literally forever. kinda slow on 3G. does not support pokemon go. otherwise, u can get a new unlucked for 80$ on ebay, and it's well worth it if ur not a power-user.
