So I got blue xl life about a month ago but every time I try to take a picture now it says storage full. I have backed up all my photos and deleted them but it still says 'storage full.'. Please help I don't know what to do.

BUT.... Do not do it. Mine ran far more smoothly under 4.4 than it does under Lollipop. I get lags and stutters all the time, which never happened before.

Hi ! I bought one and it restarts every time ! it's driving me crazy ! I can't take it to the BLU service because i live in argentina and the take back sistem doesn't gve me a solution, do u know how i can fix it up?

This phone is best but the problem arise is in hang up and lots of heat generating phone I used nearly one hour and the phone get's heated up soon and we can't use this phone as performance I bought an new blue life one xl and I was not happy with this phone

Please don't update. I update and have a lot lags and make very slow phone. Continue using 4.4 for great performance.

I just bought one, and found a few problems. The reception is not as good as my older HTC phone, it dropped several calls repeatedly in my normal office zone - this was already a no-go on the first day. I had trouble hearing the speaker phone in the car, although it has a nice warm sound, not tinny, but was about 30% quieter at max volume. A BIG problem was the power button being right next to the Up/Down volume buttons, and the same shape and size - I kept hitting OFF on the power when I wanted to turn down the audio. Another bad thing: the camera hides the flash on/off/auto setting (which I use a lot) inside a menu and down the page, very hard to get to quickly. It should be right there on the camera main screen. The camera was not that great, although 13MP. So.... I returned mine today and got the Sony C6 Experia for $100 more; it solved ALL these problems. It's really worth the difference and ALL the format and software problems are not on the Sony. I loved the dual-Sim option on the Blu, but it's not a daily issue, as these other things are...

I bought a Life one XL few months ago at Bestbuy in Boston MA, but it was with Android 4.4 even if it should be ready for Lollipop, It never upgraded. Anyone can help me?
