I'm kind of questioning on how to make calls, every time I go to make a call it hangs up immediately and won't go through. I have reset my phone I have turned off my data and turned it back on I have looked through settings and even looked up certain ways to get my phone to make calls and send text messages and it's not working. What should I do?

BLU M8L plus is a bare bones tablet that struggles displaying some websites, consistent crashing of Amazon Music, Prime and many games from Google Play abruptly closes, forcing a neverending restart of games, including pixelated games.
Of all tablets I've ever owned, this is by far the most weakest (plus edition). I cannot recommend this tablet to anyone, not even to people looking for an inexpensive tablet, there is far better tablets for the same price. The fact that this tablet crashes constantly because your only left with less than 200 mb of ram makes this tablet useless.
