Yes, Jio uses 4G on 800 MHz and 1,800 MHz. As you can see in the specs here, this phone doesn't support these bands.

Hi
I buy BLU R1 HD mobile handset from USA but when i use it in India i put reliance jio 4g sim card in it but it not working there shows no singles . reply and shortout above problem. (Bands Problem)

Hi

My friend gave me blu r1 hd from u.s. i use it here in philippines my problem is according to specs its lte 4g capable but i already tried all network simcard but the signal is only 3g..but when i insert the sim in other phone it have 4g signal does anyone knows how can i fix this to have a 4g signal?
