Greg, 04 Mar 2015How do I block a call from Blu phoneI called customer service the only way to block calls on blu studio 5.0 is to go to your play store and download an app called "call detector". It will allow you then to block any numbers from your phone.

i have a 5.0 and i reseted it and since then it has not move from a android figure on the screen it keep saying reboot now .when rebooted it comes right back there can anyone help me

This phone is kinda good and bad. It is good by how the touch screen is made the bad thing is that it wo t let me download games

My husband bought me this phone as a back up phone cause my Samsung S5 got damaged. Honestly I preferred not to have any cause this phone is TERRIBLE. I would never recommend this phone. The operative system is very difficult and is not a easy friendly phone. First something as simple as download a ringtone is going to be a nightmare, block a phone number or to reject calls is impossible and last the mega pics for the camera is CRAP. Definitely very Disappointed.

I have a blu studio 5.0 and the camera is 3.2 mega it don't take out picture good at all....

O will try a third and then thaysviy for nlu phones for me. No more phones off amazon. I think they care what crap they sell on their site.

I've had this phone for a year its a piece of crap memory is no good I've had to reset already twice I started with a 4.0 then got two 5.0 my wife phone already died it stopped charging my 4.0 had to be reset and doesn't work no more .so for the price of the phone it no good .

All reviews I have read from other Blu phones say the battery life is phenomenal. One said his lasted 2 days without charging, but it was a different model Blu.

my phone wont let me send a picture through a text, but I can't send a picture through facebook messages. my husband has the exact same phone just a different size and he can send pictures through text. Can you help me?. Email is jgstroud.8213 @gmail.com
