This phone is no use after 3months it's star to go bad and now when I turn it on it only stops at boy production.....and am not the only person with this problem

I'm trying to choose a SIM card but the specs call for a "mini" while the providers designate "nano" or "micro" or "standard" SIM so WTF? Now I'm thinking I should have done some more thorough research what with all these problems being reported, makin' me skeert! Why does T-Mobile say this phone is not compatible when that's one of the selling points? All I'm told is that you need an AT&T compatible SIM. Again, WTF?
