I just got my blue studio 5.0 turned on using the smart mobile simm card. U get unlimited talk txt and picture messaging. It won't load any videos at all, no you nothing what should I do?

I have a Blue studio 5.0 have had it for a year. I tries to send a video thru text message. It said size limit. So I tried to send it via Facebook messenger..nope...can't do that either. Keep getting an error message saying "you can't send videos on your phone yet but you can view ones others send to you' ummmm...No. HELLLLLP

I have the blue studio 5.0 s 2 and when I got it the speakers were already busted? Like no sound comes out and my friends does the same . these phones are brand new why is the speakers like this ?

I got a blue studio 7.0 for Christmas.when I make a call I can not hear the other person. Made a call again phone started making a noise like crazy

scottyj, 24 Dec 2014How do I remove the emoji keyboard. To remove your emoji keyboard u can uninstall the app .. I had it an it was jus taking upp unnecessary space so I uninstalled it an it came bac to the way it was ... Hope this helps

To check, click on settings, scroll down to accounts. If the email address isn't there, click add account and follow directions. Good luck!

nika, 17 Dec 2014How do u send songs via Bluetooth!?…… I'm don't see any options I use Google Play, but I think it's the same, whatever you have. There is a square with 3 curved lines in the lower left corner of the square. It's at the top, you can send songs through blue-tooth to the speakers. I hope this helps
