I got d blu 5.0 phone and have being having problem of stoping unwanted download of porn apps,this apps always display asking for download seriously am feedup,I reset more than three times but d problem still persists.

Would not recommend for T-mobile users. I used to have an iphone 5c, and the signal for T-mobile was OK. Now that I have the BLUE 5.0, the signal is so low it is practically non-existent. I cannot even make local calls from my home because it cuts in and out. I have a far better signal using my landline phone. The camera is an embarrassment - the one thing I use my phone camera for is for photographing important documents, this camera is so poor that it cannot capture text detail, even when I fiddle with the settings. I have tried to download music onto this phone using the Android Transfer program for Mac, but it won't recognize this device. I will have to look into this. Thus far, I am not impressed. I wonder if this phone is compatible with Verizon? Perhaps I will have a better signal with them? We shall see... :/

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2016Does this phone take good pictures?Hell no. I used to be able to take photos of documents using my iphone 5c - you could see every detail, no problem. In comparison, the BLUE 5.0 photographs documents with such poor quality that they are illegible.

i update my blu studio 5 to 6 then it told me that it failed then told me to reboot when i did that it just stayed that wayi have tried every thing even factory reseat plz anyone

meha, 13 Jul 2016I have a problem getting my Blu 5.0 XL phone formatting and... moreIf you are using Google Chrome and/or Google app products, Kit Kat 4.4 forces the metadata into the phone's internal memory. If you bother looking at the storage data stats, you'll see most of it is Maps data,Drive, and Chrome. Its kit kat, not the phone, as you have noticed it won't allow you to move the data to your SD card. And you can't upgrade to newer android versions, so there's no easy fix. I deleted the resident browser and installed Firefox, but once you attempt ANY search or function that uses Google, it will eventually max out the internal memory in a couple of days. Again, it's not the phone but how Kit Kat 4.4 works. The only option in to upgrade to a newer phone with new Android software.

the problem is, when I use sim 1 as the data sim...sim 2 will not connect.
when I use sim 2 as the data sim...sim 1 will not work.

Please the phone screen just went blank, was not dropped. This is a repeat as it has behaved the same way previously, all I did was to remove the battery and restart and it was ok.
Today, I was using WhatsApp when the screen just "died", It’s so frustrating.
Anyone out there who can help me out, please do. Thanks

I have a problem getting my Blu 5.0 XL phone formatting and clear all data s because of having low phone storage caution, i even delete all the internal files but still cant clear any space any one with same problem and can help and to be honest i really regret buying this shit >:( >:@ x( :-||
