when I take a pic and return to the gallery to view it it doesn't allow me to view it says no thumbnail. also when a take a pic using wats app the pic gets blurry after a few seconds.. I need help with this my pics are greyed out I don't know whats the cause of this

As for your pics. On text tap the pic were it shows by it's self and then hit your menu button and it should say share album or save pic. I hope this helps.

Farkey, 26 Aug 2014My blu can not turn onMy phone started randomly shutting off on me or freezing. I would have to take the battery out and put it back in before it would turn on again. And now when I try to turn it on it just flashes the blu logo. does anyone know how to fix this?

The GPS disappeared on my phone first, then the data quit today. Total piece of garbage now. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Just the opposite.
