I try downloading but it says not enough space. My default storage is my SD which I'd 8 GB but it has lots of space still. Ways going on?

I keep trying an it isn't working an my memory is messed up to the point it won't let me get texts or calls or voicemail or even get online for a long time. I keep trying to return my phone but blu keeps telling me to do this an delete that an reset that when they know that is not even the problem I have just three to four apps!

hi, the contact names in my address book keeps changing ever so often. its just very annoying having to change them back all the time. i was just wondering why this happens and how to stop it. other than that, my phone works fine

I have had my 5.0 since January. It keep saying low memory and then closes whatever I am looking at. I feel like I have been deleting items for months but it keeps happening. Also the music doesn't play loud at all???

I just got this phone and the sound goes in and out all day...which means I can't even make calls because I can't hear anything. Sometimes I go days without making calls. Also it charges to fast and the battery drains after 30 min. I don't know what's wrong with this phone but I hate it. I have a memory card and I only downloaded 5 apps and I can't download anymore because it says storage full. This makes no sense to me at all.

I had my blue 5.0 for 4 months now how do you know what to delete from storage I don't do downloads and everything in storage came with the phone these is the only problem I had so far and why they don't tech people you can talk to about the problems

Well the screen doesn't act like it's touch screen. That's been happing a lot. Like when I turn it off and back on the screen doesn't work.

I bought a blu phone like 2 months ago and the screen does not want to work every time I try to unlock it or text it won't click nothing I have to double tap it or press on it hard soon it can click it what should I do ...? Can I fix it by my self or what? Anyhelp

I was giving this phone as a gift. I absolutely LOVE IT. No problems what so ever. Everything works just as it should. I have owned many a phone, but this one is top notch. I don't know what other people are complaining about.
