I have a blue studio 5.5 phone. My SD card is go smart mobile. But my network is tmobile. My phone does not send picture messages. I cannot watch videos online or you tube. What should I do?

my phone was dismantled after assembling the power is now off and i can not use it.what do i do

mine isn't an opinion but a problem,someone put a smaller sim card into my Blu Studio 5.0 e phone and it got stuck in,inthe process to remove it he dismantled my phone to remove it.After assembling my phone the power is now off and i can not use my phone.WHAT SHOULD I DO

dj, 02 May 2014I can't load r send pics from my blu. I hav try everything.... moreIts a Setting in your phone that they have to set and turn on... I've had this problem as well. Just ask the technician. I cant tell you exactly how because it confuses me. But I love to send and receive pics and I was very irritated. But I do know that whatever setting you have to make sure its on msn

does factory reset
rings when it wants to
freezes up
changes screen saver to default when it feels like it.
set the phone down and it moves thru screens
I can go on and on...tried to give it away no body wants it

Sheri, 09 May 2014I hate mine 5.5 Blue can't send pictures either! In order to send and receive pic messages u have to download the data settings app via WiFi and then follow directions from there
