This phone is know good ,I got the phone over 2 months a go and for the hold time that I have had that phone I have been trying to get this thing fixsthe hold time I have been giving the run around and the only thing I want is to get a phone that works im tried

I miss so many calls because it'... moreI have a blu 5.0 I got it 2 mos ago I hate the day I got this pH I have had nothing trouble out of this pH the ringer don't work the speaker don't work and I have email the company know help there I taken back to where I got it from and again know help so I still have a phone that I payed 200.00 that I hate so if any one can help me please let me know because I'm at a loss .

Anonymous, 15 Apr 2014I have tons of SD memory but the apps seem to only store in... more just use the app manager and it will ask you to move them to SD card. HAve on with 52 apps - all on sd card but original apps, works GREAT!

I cant power my phone back on it was charged when I went yo sleep then it was dead now I can't power it back on red light isn't commin on not charging at all

felicia, 12 Apr 2014I cant send or recieve picture messages, why ?this same problem happen to me the blu 5.0 is under AT&T but my services r through straighttalk so when I talked with my services I had to order a sim card through them and they guided me on putting codes in my phone so now it works fine.
