I can receive messages but I cant send them what is up with that. Plus if I'm not in wifi then I can't use use my apps I just can't figure this phone out took it to att and they couldn't help me. Then called 611 they couldn't help me they gave me a 800 number to call Just upset with it right now. It works okay when I'm in wifi. Does any one know how to fix this.

I found out when I plugged it into into the USB port of my laptop. My laptop flashed a message that the device was bad. I had a spare charger from a previous Samsung. I just replaced the charger cable and the
phone was charging again.

OK I have had my blue 5.0 for about a week still don't understand the 2 sim card process or how that works....don't know if I'm in 4g or what I just see an H for an signal whatever that means....also I don't any music downloaded to the phone or SD and keeps saying my storage is running low but how I don't even have many apps just 2 then I unistaled those and its still saying storage is low wow and I paid almost 300$ bucks for this phone please somebody help me not to mention customer service is sucks

The headset port doesn't work well made the mistake n turn talkback on n the phone kept freezing up they need2 fix these problem n i can't listen to music the headset is whack

Hi,
I bought 6 units of this phone for sale. I wanted to test market it in Nigeria. I kept one for my self and started using it. I put two sim cards in it - MTN & Etisalat. It worked fine for two weeks. Now the phone won't charge beyond 30%. I am not sure if the problem is the charging port or the battery.
I had sold two units before I started having this problem. I feel embarrased. I was using my copy for demo but since I started having this problem, I don't even know what to do. Does anyone else have this problem and how did they resolve it.
