I would like to find out something actually. My phone is saying I don't have any internal memory for some reason when I am trying to download stuff but all my stuff stored on the memory card. What is the reason for this??????

I have a blu studio 5.0 in Jamaica and am using a digicel chip and it does not pick up 4G on either sim one or two I check the settings and there is no problem what should I do its always on edge

I bought 4 Blu phones (3 different models). In less than a year, I have had to send back and replace 3 of them, and the other one I had to factory reset it. That is ridiculous.

hi im a seafarer and i bought a blu studio 5 from a businessman who came on board our ship four months ago and gave it to my son as a present. now its not working. no power whatsoever. how can i gat this fixed? im in the philippines now on my vacation. can anyone advise?

I have Blue Studio C 5.0. A star symbol has appeared on the top corner of the screen and since then I cannot hear my incoming caller tone again. How can I solve this problem.

I use the Blu Studio 5.0, i can deal with it except for it's painful slow internt. My son simply hates it.
i had to send it all the way to the US just to have it repaird. Wow......!!!
