I too am very much enjoying this phone for the most part. One problem I'm having - when I go to my list of contacts, I get a message saying "Contact list is being updated." It's done this before, but, after a little while, all my contacts show up again. However it has now been "updating" all day. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I can't download anything is there possibly a website that tells you what apps this phone can download?? I downloaded ifunny and now my phone is saying launcher 3 is not responding anyone who knows how to troubleshoot it I have tried hard reset multiple times and it won't I just want my phone to work anyone who can help please!! Mostly I've been pleased with it but yesterday it completely locked up on me, it went unresponsive, power off didn't even work for nearly two minutes! Very weird. A week ago it was acting like a cripple, long delays in response or recognition of a key pushed or icon tapped. This happened also a month ago, otherwise the phone works quite well. Anyways, I've decided to return it to Amazon. I'd appreciate a 16x9 photo aspect ratio. Btw, I was using the Kingston Digital 16 GB Class 4 microSDHC Flash Card with SD Adapter (SDC4/16GBET). Battery life could be improved.

I own this phone personally. I have to say you will be impressed and wont be disappointed with this phone at all. Yes, the camera can use a little bit of work but honestly, if your me and you dont care about instagram or crap like that and you want a reliable phone thats fast and can do the job. This phone will do it. The camera isnt bad, its really not. Battery life sucks, I emailed BLU and asked if they are making extended batteries for this and they said they will be soon so I am waiting for that but in the mean time, get a external battery pack on amazon like I did. The screen is great and I love it for movies.

MY REVIEW:
I bought this phone a few months ago and its really not bad at all for the price. the phone isnt as fragile as it seems. it fell as few times and was unmarked as well as fully functional.
my only down points are:
the headphone quality isnt impressive but it gets the job done and even though the video camera quality is truly 1080p amazingly clear quality, the photo aspect of the camera isnt very good.

I bought this on an Amazon sale for $80 total, just to play around with it. It's now replaced the Note 2 as my main phone. My contract's up, I could get a new phone but with phones like this why lock up.

Highly warn people to not buy this phone. Phone keeps stating sim card not detected even though i have service. Plus battery life is crap it only lasts like maybe 2hrs. And on top of that it starts running hot when I've been on it 20mins. If I had known all this I would have never bought this phone plus there isn't a warranty so if it breaks which I've only had it 5days and I already know it will end up over heating this month probably then I'm out of $130 so yea I'm a little pissed with the quality of this phone when I could have easily bought something else. But now I've learned my lesson never buy products from a brand you have never heard of :)

Love my phone but have been having this problem, each time am using phone it keep running and switching from one app to the next eg. Looking at pictures and it leave out of that into messaging without me doing so.
