Please help me I'm getting these messages "unfortunately settings has stopped,everything has stopped" I tried going to safe mode to open settings and it is saying the same thing. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

velu from india 4 month bcak i purchase mobile from usa. 3g is not connecting its work only in 2g.
after 2 month display screen not function its black no response. my suggest dont buy this product

I am so disappointed it's beyond words. To think I actually requested this particular brand (not model) phone.
I will never purchase another Blu! this impression is engraved in my mind.

I got this phone about three weeks ago and now it starts to malfunction I think. Please help me, every time I try to access my apps it close right back and go to the home screen saying unfortunately the particular app I tried to access has stoped. I tried reseting it and reinstalling all my apps back work for a short period of time and then back to saying the same thing.I'm confused I can't do anything with my phone, its like my air, I need it.

so I got this phone in September and its been amazing and ive loved it until this morning.it died so I put it on the charger and now it turns on and receives everything but the screen is completely blank.like wtf?it works but I have NO SCREEN VIEW.how freeking weird is that???im so sad:(

My phone was purchased in the States and taken to me in j.A it had always worked fine since the last couple a days it is only going on E and works very slow my internet that is, and it use to always be on H+ and worked fast..... What can I do to fix this problem please its important I have my data working up to speed as it use to.

I've had the Blu Studio since March, & it's always worked perfectly fine. My service provider is Straight Talk,the other night I went & put more minutes on the phone. Now it won't come on, it goes to the BLU screen & won't go past it. I don't know how to fix it. I've taken the battery out multiple times; tried everything I know. Please if someone knows how to fix this issue, let me know. Thanks in advance!(:

I bought the phone under the impression it was 4G LTE, but the most I can get is 3G (and that hardly ever happens). Its almost always on H and runs really slow. How can I get it to 4G?

James, 18 Nov 2014when will there be an upgrade to android 4.4 kitkat No. And this information was confirmed by BLU. So do not worry about Kit Kat. Regards.

Perform a hard reset on the phone. Heads up though, doing a hard reset will delete all data that are saved in the internal memory of the phone. Hard reset is the most effective way in resolving your issue.
