i got my blu studio a few days ago it worked well until this morning it won't come on. been charging but when I'm putting it on all its showing its blu products and won't budge. whats going on?

I have a Blu Studio 5.0 II which works perfectly however, I recently traveled from Trinidad to Antigua and since my arrival I have not been able to connect to the internet,the reason I am getting is authentication problem. is there any way I can have the problem rectified?
