I have the 5.3 II it doesn't wanna charge and it's been off for a few days and I have tried with other chargers... What can I do??? It's driving me crazy kuz I really like this phone

my phone turnt off ouy of nowhere at first I thought it was dead but now that its on the charger it wont turn on at all

WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO FIND A BLU STUDIO 5.3 II CASE?! I purchased 2 cases on amazon after purchasing my phone in December; the first was way too small. The second case had weak inner clasps that broke off; the seller placed it and after a month the clasp cracked off. If I owned a cell phone brand I would also sell cases! So frustrated.

Blu Studio 5.3 II D550A (3G 850/1900MHz) Unlocked Dual Sim Phone with Dual-Core 1GHz Processor, Android 4.1, 5.3-inch IPS Capacitive Touch, phone was turned on, then battery was taken out without shutting down phone correctly, now phone won't turn on....can anyone give me some advise.

I personally love everything about this phone. The only problem I have is that when the phone is on. The battery's percentage does not update. And when I go click refresh no update still. Please help :)
