Anonymous, 13 Jul 2013Does this phone freeze a lot especially because its dual sim If you manage the memory on the RAM the phone wont freeze. Androids tend to freeze when there is too many applications being used. Close your apps and keep your apps on the SD card or on the internal memory and you will be fine.

im from guam and got this phone two months ago. i have no problem with my service and always have the full signal but when i call or recieve a call they couldnt understand me. they saying its always breaking up. pls somebody help me

The first one and both bands works. so you have to choice wich band did you use to work with data. and the other just use as a phone. But you can modify wich one you use with data wathever you want.
