I have bought the Blu studio x plus. Recently due to voltage fluctuation while charging at my home the device's keyboard is not responding. Is there any service center in india of blue studio to get this fixed. I think the operating system need to reinstalled. How can I do this online.

I have a BLU STUDIO 5.3S And that phone does not have gyroscope!!

asap, 25 Jan 2014how can i unlock 3G in BLU studio 5.3SI have a Studio II S and, after getting a T-Mobile SIM, had to set the 3G service (Settings -> More (Wirelees & Networks) -> Mobile Networks ->3G Service -> Enable 3G. Once I did that, I had no problems.

How do I update my phone? I have a blue studio 5.311 and no matter what internet I'm using its extremely slow and sometimes doesn't work. Everyone is telling me that my phone needs updating but I can't find where to go to update it.

So don't expect much support because that's how they keep costs down. Basically if you break the phone just buy another one..simple economics

My Studio 5 01 got a cracked screen and I cant get a replacement, which is decisive for me in dumping this phone, I like the screen size but there isn o support for these phones, no replacement parts, which is a huge no no. I won't be buying another one and don't recommend anyone buy these phones until they get accessories, replacement parts and support set up and in operation Not a happy customer, 5 out of 10 for screen size. Company sucks...

AnonD-259725, 02 May 2014I bought my BLU Studio 5.3 S back in November of 2013. Ther... moreAlso have a 5.3S. The quality of the volume and on/off buttons are my only issues with the phone. Very pleased with all of the other aspects. Had to relocate sim into the right slot, looking at back of phone, then perform factory reset, to her 4g service. My area uses AT&T, through Straight Talk. Very pleased.
Any time you remove the back cover, be sure to gently press on the adhesive strips that holds the buttons in place. It's the only thing that holds the buttons in place when the battery cover is removed. And be careful not to disturb them when battery cover is put back in place.
