The BLU 6.0 Hd phone is a cheap budget phone and you get what you pay for. The sound is very low being that its a big phone. The phone randomly restarts itself at least 3 times a day. And if your charger breaks, good look with finding one that fits the BLU's unique charger port. It has all the regular android features like play store, hangouts, maps, google+, and etc. My opinion is that its a great phone if you just like to text. Save your money and get a phone with an actual retailer in your state and that's worth something. :)

I ordered a new one from Amazon p... moreI had the same problem you must not have the charger in all the way that's what my problem was because he pushed it in the rest of the way and it started charging and I tried turning it on and the screen still did the flashing black and gray but you just have to let it charge for a few seconds and it will let you turn it on hope this helps

Anyone have this phone? I ordered a new one from Amazon partner. I am thinking it has a problem. Plugging it into the charger, I get no indication it is charging. Then when I press and hold in the power button, the screen flashes from black to gray a couple of times and then turns back to black and no more indicators. I am thinking that this is not normal and the phone should power up on the charge power. Brand new phone so I don't know. Am I correct that it should run off the charger power? Thanks

This phone blacks out randomly and won't turn back on I really don't understand why. I mean it's a budget device but come on make something that's worth what I paid for it. And a built in battery?!?! I switched to android to avoid this @#$%!
