I've had this phone since February, and have had no problems with it. I've rooted it, and modified the stock recovery to provide a root shell. For a few days now, I've been downloading the CyanogenMod repos to start trying to compile Lollipop for it.

Unfortunately I can't give this phone good reviews. I recieved the first one (notice I said the first one, that means there was more than one) and after a short period the screen started going whack on me when I'd type. I'd touch one letter and a totally different one would come up, then 3 would come up, and one time 35 came up all at once. I was unable to unlock my phone because I couldn't type in the password. I returned that phone and was sent a replacement. It does the exact same thing. I am in complete and utter disbelief. Now I'm waiting to see what will happen with this 2nd phone. The phone is fast and the screen is beautiful but its useless to me. Yes, it works with Cricket with full 4G LTE, but after 2 replacements I think I'm done. I'm glad others have had good luck with this phone, but I surely haven't.

I easily root mine with towel root.for all the complaints just perform the OTA update,no issues after the bug fixes update.

over two months of usage now,I've finally installed the bbm,smooth running of heavy games like injustice gods,dead trigger 2,updated through OTA twice,guys;this is my best android phone till date,a good value for money.from Nigeria.

And am i getting... moreWith BLU being flagship phones(unlocked) they are able to work through Cricket or any other non-contract GSM companies. Page Plus, Metro PCS, NET10, etc; they do say though, that certain things don't work if you put a SIM card in yourself so I recommend to go the nearest Cricket Wireless comapny and they'll install it and it should work perfectly! I will be doing this too, once I get mine. :D

I don't have any idea why, but when the screen is on it works fine:) I have a great screen, I have great battery life, great size, and I am really glad I decided to save $300 by buying this instead of a note 4. Sure it's got some features that this doesn't have. But is it worth that much more? For me it's not.
