phone died..i recharge but letter came with weird letters. any soluction

Using for 2 months now, good experience overall but with two problems. 1. auto brightness frequently turns off and screen brightness ramps up and down occasionally. 2. When playing music (mp3) with default player, it frequently pauses (5-10 seconds) then resumes (very annoying). Hope for fixes with update; Lollipop please.

dave, 22 May 2015I love the phone but the radio will not workHave you tried connecting the headphones? if you don't connect them, it do not work because the phone uses the headphones cable as antenna.

Hi all, this is a first review, I've been using this phone for 4 days and by now all is working fine. I may modify this review in the future but my experience until now is very positive. I have been looking other models to compare with and I found no other phone better than this one considering the price/features relationship. This phone is comparable with Galaxy Note 3 y many aspects and it cost approximately half the price. Of course Galaxy Note 3 is much better phone but the features missing in the BLU Studio 6.0 LTE are not so relevant for me. I could define this phone as a perfect integration of the most valuable features you can have for this price.

Fred, 22 May 2015I would do a hard reset and it should fix the problemI hard rebooted several times today alone and the network is still having issues. I have had my phone almost two months now. I have called blu customer service and my network provider and I have received only temporary fixes. When I had my Samsung s2 for 3 years with the same cell provider and I never ever had this issue. So I know it has to be the phone. Someone if you know a solution please help.

HOWEVER, 64GB SD cards come formatted as ExFAT, which this phone will not recognize. Using your computer, reformat the 64GB SD card to FAT32, put it in phone and it will work perfectly. I just did this last week with a 90MB read speed MicroSD card. The regular Windows or Linux format will not work, it will just reformat it as ExFAT. I used the the software guiformat.exe, and worked great, just google it and download, its free. Hope this helps.

I managed to download the full package once and when I hit update now, it said the file was invalid, and it erased the whole download. Since then I can't get it to download. It keeps saying "network connection lost". Help please...
