Bye-bye Nokia? HMD delists Nokia smartphones across European markets
Earlier this year, HMD entered a new phase of its development and dropped its Nokia branding for smartphones in favor of its own HMD-branded devices. HMD continued to offer Nokia-branded smartphones, feature phones, and tablets for the past months, but it seems supplies for those have come to an end, at least in Europe.
No Nokia smartphones in sight on HMD UK
You won't find Nokia-branded devices on any of the official HMD websites in the Old Continent but Nokia devices are still present across HMD’s storefronts in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, and Latin America. We assume the availability in those regions will also cease sooner rather than later.
HMD's support page still has Nokia smart and feature phones which will continue to receive software support, but it remains to be seen for how long.
For clarification purposes, Nokia Corporation (the original Nokia) is still a major player in the network infrastructure business and one of the largest patent holders in the tech world with past lawsuits against multiple smartphone makers ranging from Apple to Samsung and members of the BBK group.

My guess is it's a name separation for the backend network infrastructure business and frontend mobile device business

Symbian, MeeGo, Maemo, Meltemi, Asha Platform, S40, etc. are all dead operating systems now, along with the Nokia brand. Any attempt to revive Nokia brand with these OS or even with Android would be unsuccessful.
