This is meant for simplicity and convenience. You use it to talk and text, and occasionally browse the web to look up some information. Or the maps to find your way. That's it.
Been using one for a year, got none of the problems previously mentioned (except for the clicky keys - as I understand, these are meant to be used even with thick gloves on).
The CAT B35 is one of the best feature phones I've ever had - and I've been using oldschool Nokias almost exclusively since the 90's!
If I keep mobile data, location and WiFi off, the battery still lasts me almost a week easily.
Warning: don't drop it on your foot ;)

after 1 yr. of usage, the plastic is allover broken close to screws even if has never fallen on the ground

Maybe I've been lucky with my Cat B35. I bought it as a reliable, rugged back-up phone as I travel a lot. I get great talk time and battery life. The buttons haven't fallen apart. The battery life is great (standby and talk time). My SIM and SD cards don't rattle around in the tray (they can't if you put them in correctly). 32GB or 64GB SD? My 128GB SDXC card works fine (make sure it's formatted to FAT or the card won't be read). I can transfer data from my Mac via USB with Android File Transfer. I can sync with my Google contacts and calendar, and multiple email accounts. If you want a Smartphone buy a Smartphone - the CAT B35 is (and is advertised as) a feature phone. If you want to Game buy something with a bigger display. If you love Nokia don't buy a CAT. For me the only limitation is that in dual-SIM mode, as for all dual-SIM phones, the secondary SIM is 2G only and a lot of countries are dropping 2G.

I've bought this for my mother (she's 60+). At first, battery died after a day or two, I pulled waranty, and after they replaced it, it now lasts 7-10days.
This is not a smart phone, but an old school mobile phone with limited capabilities. It can drop on the floor, you can wash it in the sink, and you can go on a trip without worries about charging. I can say, I got my moneys worth. It has rudimentary gps with maps, quite usable in need. But as I said, this is an old school mobile device.
Updated the system in the meantime with no issues.
It is a good phone.

Terrible phone, avoid! My first one lagged to the point of unusability after a couple weeks. The keys stuck, but at least the battery lasted a few days. They decided to replace the unit completely, but it's been the same as before, with worse battery life. I can't even be bothered to warranty it again. At least customer service has been good, shame the phone is useless.

Iv been using this phone for a month now. Some things are ok some are terrible.
Whatsapp works ok. GPS also. You Tube well its better than nothing.
Camera is what you expect, good enough to cover a flying saucer moment as I call it,
but worse than a 12 year old Nokia fixed focus camera.
Then the browser, as long as Mini Opera hasnt made a browser for Kaios its useless to browse with.
Because anything else Kaios has to offer, including their own browser and the UC Browser is useless. Only annoys the s..t out of me. So Slow, impossible to scroll, search page etc.
There are some USA and Indian (Im from Holland) news apps, cant call them browsers.

Absoloute heap of junk not reliable at all, not strong tough phone as it's supposed to be keys in my pocket smashed the screen making it unreadable.

Working at a phone shop we sell many of these phones and soo many get returned. I highly recommend you dont even look at this phone. Just take the nokia 800, its basicaly the same price.

The keys are a deception. They often double or triple the push and it's a nightmare to write a message or find a contact. And they are too noisy.
